1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SkunkForms (the "Plugin") or visiting skunkforms.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

2. The Plugin

Free Version

The free version of SkunkForms is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later), consistent with WordPress plugin licensing. You may use, modify, and distribute it under the terms of that license.

Pro Version

The Pro version requires a valid license key. Each license is valid for:

• One (1) production WordPress installation
• Unlimited staging and local development environments
• Updates and support for the duration of your subscription

Pro licenses are non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, or resell your license key. If your subscription lapses, the plugin will continue to function but you'll no longer receive updates or support.

3. Your Data

SkunkForms is a self-hosted plugin. All data created by the plugin (form submissions, contacts, CRM records, analytics) is stored in your WordPress database. You own this data entirely. We never access, collect, or store it.

You are responsible for backing up your data and complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) regarding data you collect through your forms.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

• Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days
• Annual plans renew automatically every 12 months
• You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans

To request a refund, email support@skunkglobal.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Support

• Free users receive community support via the WordPress.org support forum and documentation.
• Pro users receive priority email support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm GMT).

Support covers help with plugin functionality, bug reports, and configuration. It does not include custom development, theme conflicts caused by third-party code, or server administration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the Pro licensing system
• Share or redistribute Pro license keys
• Use the plugin to send spam or collect data without consent
• Misrepresent your affiliation with SkunkForms or Skunk Global

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY WORDPRESS CONFIGURATION.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with the latest stable version of WordPress and PHP, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKUNK GLOBAL LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN OR WEBSITE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
